編集A solo exhibition by American artist Julie Wolfe based in Washington D.C. The exhibition consists of 4 different series exploring identity, the unreality of art, dreams, and surreal spaces. Featured works include cloud imagery covered with color gradations, American Western photographs reminiscent of old travel guides, the introspective "Seeing Again" series focusing on eyes and sensory experience, and the "Wildfires and Dreamfields" series which physically and metaphorically deconstructs her 2019 published book using screen printing double exposure techniques. The artist will be present at the opening reception on October 27, 2023.
